Mold Inspections
Visual Mold inspections include a detailed inspection of your building with the goal of finding areas conducive to current or future mold growth. This includes the use of diagnostic tools such as thermal imaging, moisture meters, hygrometers and borescopes. After the inspection a detailed report will be compiled with all of our findings.
Inspections are priced by the sq/ft and on average take approximately 2 hours onsite.
Air Sampling
Air Sampling starts at 5 samples, 2 outdoor control samples and 3 interior samples. We use industry leading pumps to accurately sample your indoor air, before overnight shipping your samples to an AIHA accredited laboratory for reading and measurement. Your finalized report will include the measured mold levels, including spore genus and amount, as well as informational material customized to your results. We also provide recommendations on how to proceed with remediation when applicable.
Pricing starts at $450 for 5 samples, during consultation/inspection we can tailor the amount of samples you need together to efficiently meet your needs.
Direct Sampling
Direct Sampling will provide you with the genus type of mold you have found. Pricing starts at $150 for one sample.
