Mold Remediation
While environmental testing is our primary focus, we offer mold remediation on a case-by-case basis as to best serve our clients. We also do mold remediation protocol writing for the DIYer, insurance or other local company. As with everything we do, we offer reliable and detail oriented work, emphasizing that the job is done right the first time.
Our Strategy
Our remediation strategy is broken down into steps.
Prep: Mold spreads quickly, especially when disturbed. We take detailed precautions to ensure that our work space is contained and that unaffected areas remain unaffected.
Removal/Remediate: when ever possible we advocate for complete mold removal. Killing mold is great, removing it entirely is better.
Recondition: Arguably most importantly, we need to eliminate the reason for the moisture intrusion in the first place. We figure out why the mold had a chance to grow and make sure it does not come back.
Clean up and Confirm: The last step is air testing to confirm that your space has been remediated microscopically and not just visually. We won’t leave a job without having data proof of a clean environment.
